Jennifer Praschberger is a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the DACH region at Block MB, specialising in connecting IT talent with forward-thinking organisations. She focuses on supporting companies in building high-performing teams while helping professionals shape sustainable, long-term careers, particularly within cloud computing and related technologies. Jennifer began her career in HR, gaining five years of foundational experience before completing a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Law and a Master’s in Global HR in London. She transitioned into recruitment in 2025, initially focusing on Salesforce talent before broadening her expertise.

Still fairly new to London, Jennifer enjoys exploring the city’s coffee scene in search of the best matcha, staying active in the gym, and never missing a Formula 1 race weekend.
